About Me

I was raised in Colorado, earned my MS in Book Publishing in Portland, Oregon, and am hoping to launch my publishing career.

I am an Editorial Intern at Feiwel & Friends, an imprint in Macmillan's Children Publishing Group. I assisted with a range of tasks like drafting editorial letters, manuscript evaluations, and TIP and Launch sheets. I was also a Project Manager for Ooligan Press’s 2025 Spring YA title, The Legend of Sensei Tsinelas, Kirkus Reviews called “An endearing story of identity and cultural pride.”

Beyond my publishing skills, I manage a small bookstagram account (@annies_backlist) where I connect with a vibrant YA, fantasy, and romance community and share reviews and recommendations.

In my spare time, I enjoy watching rom-coms and horror films, reading Emily Henry books at the beach, and I’m on the hunt for the perfect replacement for the Good Humor Toasted Almond Bars (that were sadly discontinued).
